We adopt a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of bribery, corruption or unethical behaviour. We are all responsible for acting with honesty and integrity in every professional interaction.
Offering, promising, giving or accepting bribes, undue payments or personal advantages to obtain or retain business.
Offering or accepting gifts, travel or entertainment that could be seen as an attempt to influence decisions (limit: symbolic and occasional value; when in doubt, consult Management).
Using intermediaries or third parties to circumvent these rules.
Making “facilitation payments” (even small ones) to speed up administrative processes.
Engaging in unfair competition practices, such as price-fixing or sharing confidential information with competitors.
All hiring or partnership decisions are based solely on criteria of quality, price, competence and technical alignment.
We perform basic checks on new suppliers and partners to ensure they share our ethical standards.
We include integrity and anti-corruption clauses in contracts whenever possible.
We declare any situation that may create a conflict of interest (e.g., family relationship with a supplier or competitor).
We do not use confidential ALLBS information for personal gain.
All employees receive guidance on this code upon joining and whenever necessary.
We encourage open discussion of ethical dilemmas in day-to-day work.
We provide an independent, confidential and anonymous whistleblowing platform, accessible to internal employees as well as clients, suppliers or other stakeholders. This tool allows reporting of suspected ethical or conduct violations in a secure manner.
We guarantee full protection against retaliation for good-faith reporting.
All reports are investigated impartially and confidentially by Management.
In serious cases, we may involve the relevant external authorities.
Any breach of this code will be treated seriously and may result in proportionate disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of contract.
At ALLBS, ethics is not just a rule — it is how we work every day. By following these simple and clear guidelines, we protect our reputation, our clients and the company’s future.
Tomorrow’s security begins today — with integrity, always.
