ALLBS, LDA's commitments regarding the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data or General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"); and
  2. How ALLBS, LDA collects and processes your Personal Data, in particular Personal Data obtained through its own website.

1. DEFINITIONS

3.2. WHY DOES ALLBS, LDA NEED TO COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

ALLBS, LDA collects your Personal Data for the following purposes:

Recruitment and Human Resources Management
ALLBS, LDA will collect your Personal Data by sending your CV to analyze and respond to your job application. If no further action is taken on the job application, the Personal Data will be kept in accordance with the provisions set out in section 3.3 below. In the event of recruitment, the Personal Data will be transferred to the competent HR department to be processed for human resources purposes, in accordance with the principles indicated above and with specific HR policies.
Customer Relationship Management
ALLBS, LDA collects Personal Data relating to business relationships with customers and potential customers and, in particular:
  • For compliance with tax, accounting and legal obligations;
  • To allow you to purchase items, products and services online;
  • To provide you with after-sales services related to your orders or the items, products and services you have purchased;
  • For marketing purposes, which will be carried out in accordance with the consent option expressed by the customer. Consent must be prior, freely given, informed, specific, and unambiguous, expressed in a written statement. The Client may object to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time and by any means.

3.3 HOW LONG DOES ALLBS, LDA KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

ALLBS, LDA retains your Personal Data in accordance with the retention periods imposed by applicable laws and regulations, taking into account its activities, and does not retain Personal Data longer than necessary, considering the purposes for which it was collected.

In particular, ALLBS, LDA may store your Personal Data for the following periods:

  • When you contact us to request information, we keep your personal data for the time necessary to process your request;
  • We keep your personal data used for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, or after one year from our last contact. In this case, we will only keep the information necessary to manage your right to object in accordance with legal regulations and guidelines. When it comes to a client, we keep their personal data for client management purposes for up to six years.
  • Personal Data relating to candidates is stored for two years after their last visit to the candidate area.

3.4 WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

ALLBS, LDA employees working in teams responsible for customer support management, sales management, and business management may only access your Personal Data when strictly necessary.
Similarly, only the services responsible for recruitment and human resources management at ALLBS, LDA will have full or partial access to Personal Data related to candidates, when strictly necessary.

ALLBS, LDA only shares your Personal Data with third parties in compliance with legal obligations. ALLBS, LDA may transfer Personal Data to third parties in accordance with requests from public judicial authorities with legal powers to do so, in accordance with applicable legal rules.

8. CHANGES TO OUR PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

The Personal Data Protection Policy may be changed by ALLBS, LDA at any time.
