PREAMBLE
This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter "Policy") aims to inform you about:
- ALLBS, LDA's commitments regarding the Protection of Personal Data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data or General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"); and
- How ALLBS, LDA collects and processes your Personal Data, in particular Personal Data obtained through its own website.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Personal Data" means any information relating to a Data Subject.
"Data Subject" means an identified or identifiable natural person to whom the Personal Data relates. Any identifiable natural person means any person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier (including IP addresses and logs) or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. ALLBS, LDA has developed tools and implemented actions with the aim of ensuring and monitoring the effectiveness of Personal Data protection.
In particular, ALLBS, LDA has adopted several internal policies and procedures aimed at raising awareness among its employees about the importance of Personal Data protection, providing them with operational guidance on how to comply with Data Protection regulations, and monitoring compliance with Personal Data protection.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data. ALLBS, LDA undertakes to collect and process your Personal Data in accordance with the following principles:

ALLBS, LDA also imposes the same level of Personal Data protection on all its employees through contracts.
In addition, ALLBS, LDA is committed to respecting all other principles established by applicable Personal Data protection regulations, in particular with regard to the rights granted to Data Subjects, the duration of Personal Data storage, and cross-border transfers of Personal Data.
3. INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CARRIED OUT BY ALLBS, LDA
3.1 HOW DOES ALLBS, LDA COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

ALLBS, LDA collects your Personal Data for the following purposes:
- For compliance with tax, accounting and legal obligations;

- To provide you with after-sales services related to your orders or the items, products and services you have purchased;
- For marketing purposes, which will be carried out in accordance with the consent option expressed by the customer. Consent must be prior, freely given, informed, specific, and unambiguous, expressed in a written statement. The Client may object to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time and by any means.
3.3 HOW LONG DOES ALLBS, LDA KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
ALLBS, LDA retains your Personal Data in accordance with the retention periods imposed by applicable laws and regulations, taking into account its activities, and does not retain Personal Data longer than necessary, considering the purposes for which it was collected.
In particular, ALLBS, LDA may store your Personal Data for the following periods:
- When you contact us to request information, we keep your personal data for the time necessary to process your request;
- We keep your personal data used for direct marketing until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it, or after one year from our last contact. In this case, we will only keep the information necessary to manage your right to object in accordance with legal regulations and guidelines. When it comes to a client, we keep their personal data for client management purposes for up to six years.
- Personal Data relating to candidates is stored for two years after their last visit to the candidate area.
3.4 WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
ALLBS, LDA only shares your Personal Data with third parties in compliance with legal obligations. ALLBS, LDA may transfer Personal Data to third parties in accordance with requests from public judicial authorities with legal powers to do so, in accordance with applicable legal rules.
